Perico Bay Club is located on Perico Island which is located just a mile from famous Anna Marie Island.  PBC is one association that is made up of 17 condo associations.  The map shows the layout of Perico Bay Club.

There are several different style condominiums.  Perico Bay Club is surrounded by mangroves.  Because of that, it is home to several different types of wildlife.  These include eagles, spoonbills, raccoons, armadillos, rabbits and several more.

 

Perico Bay Club prides itself on having several different activities each month.  These activities are open to the entire association residents.  The activities include "Cafe on the Deck" which is a breakfast on the first Monday each month.  Once a month there is a "Trivia Night", "Happy Hour", "Game Night" and they regularly celebrate major holidays.

 

With in the complex there 14 lakes.  If kayaking is an interest, there is an area for kayak storage and there is a specifically made kayak launch.  Through two small lakes and canals one can reach the intercostal waterway for fishing or just paddling around.

 

Tennis is largely supported and enjoyed by many.  Pickle ball is also available.  

 

Perico Bay Club has a clubhouse the includes a kitchen, exercise room and two meeting rooms.  The clubhouse can be scheduled for resident use.

 

There are seventeen homeowner associations which make up the overall association that makes up Perico Bay Club.
