SCHEDULES
OWNERS WHO RENT
OWNERS who rent must be sure to file a rental application, gate form and processing fee with the management company prior to every rental.

Non official renters are not entitled to a car decal nor are they allowed to enter visitors.
Additionally, Residents are required to pay permits and tax filings/payments with Manatee County and the State of Florida. See this link.
